Around 20 minutes in game, Varus Q would stop working. It was possibly caused by in the middle of the animation and getting hard CC. After that then Varus would not be able to cast Q. I changed the key casting for it and attempted to change the cast, but it would not work.
I had this same bug in ARAM just now, also there is another thread with this same bug http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/faFey5Hd-gameplay-varus-q-not-activatable
After getting killed during his q, but before i fired it, i respawned and it would not activate for the rest of the game. I tried alt tabbing and rebinding the key, but neither option worked.
