i ulted vaynea and she revived in kindred ulty with 1 hp instead of the hp from my ult it happened again with ekko. unless this is suppose to be how it works.

Kindred ult prevents any healing so that might be why. Here's a quote from Lamb's Respite:
Upon reaching 10% Health, units become immune to further damage or healing.
