Wukong's ult not knocking up in ARAM

So I am just going to quick on this one, but I have been playing Wukong in at least ARAM's today and his ultimate is not knocking up anyone, at all, period. I E in, pop my ult, and the enemy team just walks away. This happened 100% of the time in both games. I don't foresee any difficultly in reproducing this as it happened like I said 100% of the time I used my ultimate as Wukong in ARAM's.
