Mac Lol Client Bug (Game Lobby)

Before game starts, for instance during draft, a bottom portion of the screen gets duplicated and starts flashing at the top of the screen. I'm using a Macbook pro version. This only occurs if the window is decently large. If I make it really small, then it stops flashing. The game runs fine (except for lag of course, but that's another issue). Attached is screenshot.
