Item Active Cooldowns do not update the timer w/ runes correctly & Death Recap UI is not updated.

When you have Ingenious Hunter, Cosmic Insight, or Perfect Timing selected as your runes, items that you buy w/ Actives on them are not properly updated & still show its original cooldown timer in your item bar & in the shop. Would be great to have it update as you get the Ingenious Hunter Stacks. I know its only a couple of seconds but its something that should be already done in the game.

Also, the Death Recap UI from when you die still has yet to be updated. Like when working on the whole client & in-game UI, the Death Recap was forgotten about.
