Renekton Jungle Self-Debuff

I had a game just before with Renekton in the jungle. I built devourer and got it to 30 stacks, then i built black cleaver, also i had redbuff on me then i used my second ability on a big jungle monster and i got black-cleaver and red buff burn de-buff on myself.
