Nasus Q bug with Steraks Gauge

There is a small bug with Nasus' Q interacting with Sterak's Gauge, where when you first get stacks for Sterak's Guage, activate Q on a minion and try to switch targets before the auto-attack hits the minion, the attack becomes slower, almost as if time has slowed down. To replicate:

1. Buy Sterak's Guage
2. Ensure you currently have no stacks
3. Get a minion wave to attack you
4. Prime Q on a target and quickly switch targets This may not work all of the time, but i felt I should report it anyway Thankyou :) TheArmourer98

Edit: On second thought, this may not necessarily be a bug with just Sterak's Guage, but Nasus himself
