high ping

hello I recently bought a new laptop HP Probook my processor is AMD A4-5150M APU with Raden(tm) HD Graphics 2.70Ghz 8 GB RAM (7.20 usable) 64-bit windows 10 pro and I can't play league of legends on it I have huge ping after 3,5 min and sometimes my fps drops to 0 i can run paladins and other online games but no league its so annoying even my old laptop which wasn't meant for gaming didn't had high ping just a little lag sometimes (and no it's not the internet connection I tried with my dad's laptop it was perfectly fine) if someone knows whats the reason please help.
