[Client] Champion Select Timers

I've recently been queueing ranked games and this morning, I was lastpick. I thought it was strange because the music ended early and the starts of other people picking champs seemed laggy, but when I got to my pick, I had 15 or so seconds left and it kicked me for not selecting a champion. I thought it might have been the twitch stream i was running in the background so I closed it, waited 5 minutes for the requeue, and got into champion select again. I was last pick again, and the same thing happened, weird music ending and laggy champ pick starts, and when it comes around to me i had 15-20 seconds left and it kicked me again. Im afraid to queue for rank after this 25 minute wait because I dont want to lose LP and get another timer. This seemed to happen in a duo with my friend as well, as shown in the video as he was streaming. My timer displayed correctly, but Meyer8793AMM got kicked even though it displayed about 20s left. You can hear me in screen watching my own timer and saying "you gotta pick, you gotta pick".
