Screen issues in game

Been having an issue since i bought my laptop yesterday, the shop doesn't fully show, can't sell items or exit out of shop without pressing p, the words numbers and usernames are giant and overlap on the HUD, the chat and map are minuscule and hard to read, whilst it isn't that big of an issue, it is still a massive headache. It might have to do with the actual laptop since somethings are out of proportion such as volume icon, mouse size etc...Someone told me it had something to do with a video card but i am not very tech savvy. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this? please and thank you <3
