[Gampeplay] Sion Q & R bug

I have experienced bug with Sion several times. In the mid game his Q & R are unable to use. No matter what you do it simply does not work. The only solution is to finish the game. Please address this because it is very serious bug that influence Sion player.

I have had this happen as well. On one occasion switching all his abilities to quick cast and then back to normal cast has worked for me. Other say you need to reconnect which does appear to work but is quite a hassle.
