Gifting Warring Kingdoms Skins Missing [Client]

I am trying to gift my buddy the Warring Kingdoms skin, but when I go to the gifting shop only and are available. He does not own the skin. I tried gifting another buddy and all of the Warring Kingdoms skins are there. I tried all of my buddies and almost all could only be gifted some of the Warring Kingdoms skins, and I can't figure out why. Edit: Apparently he bought the skin without telling me. Thanks for the help anyways

I also tried the legacy client as well as relaunching the game, and nothing changed.

Does your friend own Vi? You cannot gift someone a skin if they don't own the champion. This is all I can think of.

Are you sure they don't own the skin? Maybe they've picked it up already. I looked there just now to test gifting it to someone and I see the skin just fine.
