League won't open

Some reason League won't open in a normal sense. While the program does start, and there is even a window, the only thing that appears is a block of text saying "League of Legends" as the picture shows (https://imgur.com/sjQ7YNd). However, I can hear the login screen music despite there being nothing on screen.

I've already tried the normal means of fixing (restarting, reinstalling, giving admin permission, checking firewall). Even after the latest patch yesterday, the issue still remains. Any suggestions of what to do?
