I got leaver buster because of a bug

Me and my friend were playing some flex games and 2 of them were good, but on the third one in the loading screen everything froze when it got to 100%. My friend got into the game and they had to remake. My client loaded into leaver(remake) screen and got the message for leaverbuster. I don't want to wait these 20 minutes before game because of a bug, because I didn't leave on purpose.

Also Riot im expiriencing some other bugs as well as other players do get.
