Played this game since 2013, never had problems, didn't change files. I didn't play this game for like 2 years, but some months ago I returned. Reinstalled client, and today, I got banned for third party programs (?). I don't get it, never used anything or modified files ingame. Someone else had this problem? Is normal to get banned not even doing anything?
My main account had this issue. Never resolved. I stopped playing for 3 months and came back to that message. been playing since december 2017.
This isn't a bug.
You need to send in a support ticket to talk about your ban. Boards can't help you with this kind of ban.
Check your match history and see if there aren't any games on there that you didn't play but are there. It could be possible that someone got a hold of your account and got you banned.
But also what Icy Hot said. The boards can't really resolve the issue so you have to submit a support ticket.
