Played this game since 2013, never had problems, didn't change files. I didn't play this game for like 2 years, but some months ago I returned. Reinstalled client, and today, I got banned for third party programs (?). I don't get it, never used anything or modified files ingame. Someone else had this problem? Is normal to get banned not even doing anything?

I sent a ticket to riot and the answer I was given was basically "Well, we see that you played these games using third party and we even if you say its not you, we have no confirmation to prove it wasn't you. Therefore, we have to leave the account perma banned" even though I've had the account since 2012. -_- A friend of mine told me I should just keep sending in tickets, but I don't think riot will reason.

You need to send in a support ticket to talk about your ban. Boards can't help you with this kind of ban.
TheLastShadow451 votesCheck your match history and see if there aren't any games on there that you didn't play but are there. It could be possible that someone got a hold of your account and got you banned.
But also what Icy Hot said. The boards can't really resolve the issue so you have to submit a support ticket.
