Riven Gameplay Bugs

In my last two Riven games, there has been an ability bug with her [E] ability, Valor. This bug happened both games along with a Rift Herald Buff issue. During both games, my [E] ability became unavailable, as in the skill went gray, instead of the usual green color of the ability, and was unable to be used. The only way to correct the issue and make my [E] available again was to use a different ability. I was running 45% CDR, the bug did not affect my gameplay, however, it could be the determining factor between winning or losing a skirmish if this happens to another player at a poor time. I am not sure what causes this issue as I quickly figured out how to correct it in game. Another bug I found was with the Rift Herald Buff. Riven herself may be bugged, shown through these two simultaneous bugs. The Rift Herald buff passive occasionally stopped counting up to '100' to apply the passive proc and had no numbers over top of the buff icon. This specific bug happened 2-3 times during the game and was very obnoxious as it did cause me to deal less damage than i had anticipated in a small skirmish. This bug was corrected in game by recalling to base. Thank you for reading, I hope this gets corrected soon.
