[Client] Champ select lock in button didn't lock in

This has only happened once to me. I had hovered Alistar, then had some lobby discussion on if he was best pick. With approximately 5 seconds remaining I hit the lock in button, but nothing occurred. Shortly after, it started giving me a warning that I must lock in or it would dodge and penalize me. I started mashing that button over and over. It would briefly go dark as if I'd hit it, then it would pop right back to bright orange as if I hadn't. It forced dodge.
