Suspended Permanently (not disciplinary ban?)

So I recently got into League competitive play, I have never experienced a ban before and all of a sudden after a ranked game it says the account has been banned. Assuming i got someone mad and they reported I attempt to relog and see what it is for. I can not relog and it says Im perma banned. I have no clue why, this would be my first offense, i havent int'd i havent been toxic. Idk if the account has been compromised but it wont even let me sign into support to see...
