Help with error!

So, I was playing a league game with some friends, After we lost ;-; I went to go to the restroom and did not click the go to stats button, I came back clicked it than i proceded to play another, After the champion select it just minimized and said "You have left a match, click to resume" I click it but it just minimized it.
