(CLIENT) (CRASH) Bug report about client issues

So i was playing as galio support, computer crashed and inside 30 seconds i got booted back up and tried to reconnect, the client only flashes fast black and doesnt open loading screen, i simply cant reconnect, i rebooted computer again. i booted the game, client. everything. nothing helps. The bug might be issued because i accidentally changed region and swapped it back before reconnecting. but doesnt change the fact that this issue should not be happening.
