Ranked Que Bug

Opponent makes their last two picks then its suppose to be my turn. Game makes sound of lock in. Still says its summoner five's turn to pick. The timer starts and all champs are gray for me. Once timer finishes it ends que messaging me that I did not select a champion. I lost 3 lp for this help please.
