[GAMEPLAY] Kayle E splash doesn't proc hunter's talisman since patch 7.9

Since 7.9 Hunter's Talisman spell effects don't proc from her E aoe even though it should. They fixed this for Cho'Gath but not for Kayle. This renders her clear completely undoable.

Honestly I am feeling disgusted by this at this point. I've done multiple bug reports and Reddit threads about this but there's been no response, no fix, no acknowledgement. Kayle jungle was my favourite thing in the world and I haven't been able to do it for almost half a year by now.

I've heard these aswell but haven't personally confirmed them: Thunderlord's decree doesn't proc from Kayle's E aoe. Hunter's talisman doesnt proc from diana or nocturnes passive AoE autoattack.
