"rank" set to bronze-gold for placements due to lack of border

I ended last season in Plat II, however did not receive a border. Because of this apparently I am unable to queue with my friend in Ranked because he is plat and my rank is now bugged to be bronze-gold. Can this be fixed please? Thanks
