Rek'sai Tunnel Bug

So whenever I have two tunnels lined up to speed through the jungle, for instance, and I try to go through one after the other quickly, it won't let me go through the second one. No enemies around, just a bug. It's very annoying when I'm trying to escape ganks and my tunnels don't work. Please fix.
