Ascension bug where I was invisible, and stuck in a wall

I was playing an Ascension game as Kennen and after my first death I was respawned in the right side of the base, and turned invisible and stuck inside a wall and can't TP out or walk at all.

The attached picture shows where exactly I was.

Super frustrating that I sat there for 25 minutes trying to get out of a wall.
