[GAMEPLAY] Sion Q and ult stopped working midway through game play

I have no idea why it happened but about halfway through my last game with Sion the Q and Ult wouldn't activate. I would get the clicking noise when pressing it when the move isn't available and even clicking them with the mouse didn't work. This is the first time its happened to me and I don't know if it has happened to others.
