Crash report

I'm an internet cafe owner, i have many players coming from far places to enjoy a game of LOL.. the problem is after the last update the game keeps crashing when getting into champion loading screen and giving me a (Reconnect) button -which may sometimes not even work properly- or even freezes completely during champion select phase [zombie-brand-facepalm] i use Windows 7 32 bit & 64 bit.. this problem is only happening to devices using 32 bit Windows .. so is this version not supported anymore or is there anyhting we can do about it? like a missing program or something? [zombie-brand-clap] Please approve and help me, my buisness is at stake here...[cass-cry] And thank yo very much in advance //_^
