[Gameplay] Not loading into game

I've been playing league since season 4. I haven't had an issue with loading into a game and playing until either defeat or victory. Until recently that is. For the past few weeks that I've played I haven't been able to load into the game. I can get through pick/ban phase just fine, but once it hits loading screen everybody will hit 100% and then I'm stuck. Everyone else will load into game just fine while I sit on the loading screen staring at my monitor begging to load in but to no avail. They either play the game out or remake. I've been hit with leaver buster at least twice because of the issue and can't even play a game to get rid of it, save for a few times where I actually load into game and get to play. In the past 3 weeks or so I've only been able to play roughly around 6 times. If there is anyway to fix the issue so I can finally play league I'd really appreciate hearing it.
