[Gameplay] Not loading into game

I've been playing league since season 4. I haven't had an issue with loading into a game and playing until either defeat or victory. Until recently that is. For the past few weeks that I've played I haven't been able to load into the game. I can get through pick/ban phase just fine, but once it hits loading screen everybody will hit 100% and then I'm stuck. Everyone else will load into game just fine while I sit on the loading screen staring at my monitor begging to load in but to no avail. They either play the game out or remake. I've been hit with leaver buster at least twice because of the issue and can't even play a game to get rid of it, save for a few times where I actually load into game and get to play. In the past 3 weeks or so I've only been able to play roughly around 6 times. If there is anyway to fix the issue so I can finally play league I'd really appreciate hearing it.

I've been hit with this as well,and this may seem awfully specific,but does this happen on the first game of you starting the game/your pc? (I might have figured out a pattern or im getting desperate.)

For me it happens 90% of the time even after my first game.

I am almost certain that for me it always happens on the first game of the session (i.e. client opening)(starting wednesday I played 3 sessions on wednesday,thursday and friday today,consisting of 4-5 games,only the first (or only 1,I cannot specify) had this happen to me,but I would bet that it is indeed the first game of each session,so I will conduct an experiment tommorow which simply has me closing the loading screen as soon as it starts,remove the problem at its core,instead of waiting for the game to stick me in the loading screen,I'll just close it from the get go and see if it gets me stuck then,going to reply tommorow with results,try the same,it might end up working in a way.

EDIT : Played another game after 3 hours,did not have this issue even in my first game of client opening,might be connected to first game of PC startup (sounds vague and specific),also confirmed that another player had this issue last patch but not this one,they had to restart their client after every game to prevent this. TL:DR : Issue is present in a number of people since the patches 8.20 and 8.21 with varying solutions and causes. (I have opened a support ticket and directed them to this post,hopefully somebody finds it.)

It has indeed happened again on the first game,and it is entirely doomed to fail,the only final solution is to shut down the client not at the beggining but when you reach 100%(which again begs the risk of you actually being there but disconnecting with no need)

I have also found out that in reality even tho the game says you are at 100% , YOU ARE NOT,you never reach 100%,when I closed the client prematurely,I was sent to 60% just like It usually does with 100%,and i had to restart once again,luckily this time with no leaverbuster as I returned at about 2:20-30. All In all this patch is a disaster and it should be seen as such,and it is most likely that riot will not do absolutely anything about this,or those affected by said issue,the most we are going to get is....oh yeah nothing ="(

Pretty much 100% of the time I try to play it happens. I'd go after first run on pc and get the issue, after that fiasco went down I'd try again but to no avail. About to just not play until new season drops

The exact same thing keeps happening to me! And I see no Riot employee address this issue so far. I wonder why...

I have had a similar experience with this patch. The difference is I don't even get into the loading screen. Champ select goes well, but then I am logged out of the client. When I log back in, it says game in progress with no option to reconnect*[sg-zephyr]*

I just get a black screen after champ select! Reported it! No answer and I’m stuck with 5 20 minute que bans and a loss in Lp. They need to address the problem with it!
