[GAMEPLAY] Ekko -His passive > E > AA with Lich Bane doesn't proc correctly

Hi, i'm Ionic Spark from LAN server.

On ekko () , when you do 2 AA and use your E (having Lich Bane ) and AA a minion, the effect from the Lich Bane () doesn't proc and neither the Attack Damage from the AA.

• 1. Do 2 AA on a minion.
• 2. Use your E and kill that minion.
• 3. See how Lich Bane's effect doesn't proc and the Attack Damage from his AA on his E neither do.

I've tried it pretty much times and you can control it freely. Happened to me 100% of the times, pretty much like fizz's bug with his Q > Lich bane ().

I can't provide a video, but if you follow those steps, you could do it whenever you want.
