Hi, this is just a small notice that client crashing, however frequent they may be lately for some of us, is not a dodge... and thus being punished for "dodging" can create some very angry players. Also, losing ranked games and losing RP because of obvious client crashes, and having to completely restart our computer... also creates some pretty irritated players.
Same thing happened to me twice yesterday in ranked queue and i lost 13lp and a promotion because of it no one has replied to me either i dont think they care
They care, and they usually know. Trying to pinpoint the exact reason the client is crashing and applying a universal fix can be difficult. It's most likely due to the age of the client, hence the upcoming client overhaul they've been posting about.
If it ain't, "he said a mean thing to me", they aren't listening.
