Loading Champion Select After Accepting

Happened to me twice, but there's sometimes when I queue up to play a game the client does not load the Champion Select after accepting queue. When re-entering the "play" and joining a queue, it will say that I can't join queue because I was already assigned to a game. I did not want to exit client because I believe that it will tell me that I will dodge. I will still on the Front Page of client and still could navigate through shop, profile, etc. First time was an ARAM game, just played whoever random selected for me. Second time just happened recently in Dominion Queue, could not select champion and they considered it as a dodge.
