Connection Error- Failed to Connect.

So this is the second time its happened. I queue up and get into a ranked game, choose my champ, and go to start the game. I get a black screen and the failed to connect error. Hitting "Retry" does nothing and it continually fails until remake. I have full internet connection and it has to be something on the client side because it refuses to load me into the game. When i look up a fix there is no fix. Just guides on how to improve connectivity. I CANNOT CONNECT IF THE SERVER SAYS IM INGAME WHEN I NEVER EVEN LOADED INTO IT. Caps for significance and the point im making here. How can it be a connection issue if the server wont recognise i never connected?
