constant crash on ranked lobby
friends client has twice crashed on ranked lobby, cost 3lp each on his account BadgerBrandSup and mine, tittymonst3r. would like refunded. plz <3 testing norms now.

I have had an unable to connect 2 times now in ranked soloQ. I have to restart the client, and log back in quickly before the match starts. That worked both times. But then it's happened to me 3 times after a match I get disconnected. When I try to log back in it tells me to restart/shutdown the client. I tried them both and nothing. I tried doing some of the stuff on the support page, nothing. I even restarted my computer 3 times, where it worked twice, but not the 3rd time. My internet works perfectly, and during the matches I don't lag or anything. I do not have a fire wall, and never had this issue before. I do not know what it is, or how to fix it. Help?

Ive lost 2 placement matchs due to client bugging out during loading in screen were it just goes black an says i lost connection, also just lost anyother match due to client freezing in champ select, its not my internet, i just got new internet 2 days ago an i run at a 25 ping .
