[Gameplay] Lux bug

Lux's E disappears into the ground sometimes and then the skill cannot be re-used the rest of the game, including after death or logging out. I did this in a ranked game with nothing else happening.. no one else was attacking me, I wasn't fast casting or combining it with another spell, just used it to wave clear and the whole spell disappeared.
