Lol launcher constantly stuck at 33%

In the past two months my launcher has been getting stuck at 33% even after i download a patch and play. Im getting really tired of logging on or getting a black screen when a match is loading and I open up league and it has to scan 1000's of files for me to play. how can i fix this. its getting ridiculous.
