Swain Visual Bug

Had to play the whole game with this Visual bug, missed a lot of skill shots.

Picked Dragon Master Swain, nothing out of the ordinary for most of his other abilities but the E. Started as soon as I got One point into E and casted it the first time. Stayed for the whole game.
