[CLIENT] Unable to accept match due to client being dragged to low on screen

Just had it happen on ARAM queue where after 12 minutes the 'Match Found' was off the screen as the client had been dragged down previously. Unable to drag back up as it became unmovable until the match was accepted. Tried again in normal queue with same results.

1. Enter queue
2. Move client down just above the task bar.
3. Wait for match
4. Match Found
5. Cannot accept it or move client up to be able to
6. Get kicked from queue

If the client was movable when a match was found this wouldn't happen OR If the 'Match Found' appeared in the center of the screen instead of the client

Happened every time following these steps and almost got a small ban from doing it :)
