Game caused my computer to freeze.

I've had a issue where the game randomly disconnected me from a match and when I manged to get back into the match, I wasn't able to move at all. I attempted to contact my team mates to let them know what was going on and I couldn't do that ether. When the, afk notice finally popped up, It was up for a second before pulling up the loading screen again and freezing my computer, leaving me with the only option of force my computer to shutdown/ turn off. After I got my computer back up, I immediately contacted my internet provider to see if there was something wrong with my internet and it clearly wasn't the issue. I had check the properties of the game to see if that could be the issue and that wasn't it ether.

I would like to know if there's a way to fix this issue so I can deal with it next time, other wise I'm going to have to continue recording my matches so if this issue lead to me getting banned, I would have video proof.

On a side note, my computer is a 16GB Ram computer. So Ram is clearly not the issue either.
