Ranked Champion Select Freezes - CLIENT ISSUE.

So I went into champion select twice with 2 friends and we played fine (We won both, they were good games) . Then we decided to play another game and for them there was no problem. However my client simply froze when half way through the ban stage. The timer went to 0, and then that is where it stayed. My friends told me everything was still going fine (Through Skype) and everyone picked, then it got to me and counted as a dodge because I couldn't pick due to being frozen. I restarted my computer, attempted to get in champ select in ranked again, exact same thing happens. I now look at my profile and I have lost 17 LP because of the "Dodges" and have a 20 minute Queue time for ranked which I am waiting on now. Please Fix this as I lost ~1 game of LP. Thanks. P.s. I didn't change anything between when I could get through champ select and when this began to happy.
