Champion Select Masterty/Rune Selection Bug

Recently my mouse's wheel broke. So I've been having having to do good old click and drag, but I'm having issues at the Champ Select screen. Whenever I try and select my runes or masteries I try clicking and dragging the bar to move through them, but it always closes up. Not a huge issue, but rather bothersome.
