I am still in loading screen when the game starts

This happend to my brother a few weeks ago and today i had the same problem. Everything is fine until i am in loading screen but then the game starts and i am still in loading screen. Then i try to reconnect but i stuck at 40 and 60% for a few minuits. Because of this i had two remakes today and both games were flex queue games. I don´t think it´s because my pc isn´t that good because on the task manager nothing was working on capacity. Any ideas how to solve this?
