Talon audio error

This is not a game breaking bug or anything it sounds weird though. But the bug is when the player does Talons Q animation he plays a sound effect. But if you click a target on Talons Q without being close to do the animation he will Always play the sound effect go ahead Test this i am not kidding anyways its not game breaking it just sounds weird when you here talon dive sound but do nothing
