I need some help...

Well, I've been trying to play league all day and it's not working at all because everytime I load up a game, rather it be a custom, normal, or a ranked, I get this black screen followed up by loading the game and seeing my character load in very slowly and then the loading % takes forever like 1% every 10 seconds (Before today it loaded up to 100% in less than 5 seconds). After the loading continues to 95% it stops and then it says "League of Legends has disconnected - Check your internet". I have no idea how to fix this and I've tried disabling firewall, disabling, renabling p2p, I tried reinstalling the game, I tried fixing it with the repair, I tried using the method of opening leaguelegends.com, I also tried to find more ways online and delete RADS file and nothing seems to work at all. I just want to play again and I thought it was my internet but it's not because I am testing at 80Mb/s down and 15 mb/s up. I also restarted my router and I am currently using ethernet, tried using wifi as well and it didn't work. Am I screwed? I really need some help.
