how to fix league of legends in the champion black picture

after making patch 5.22 there is a problem in the loading page the champion picture is black can't see anything in the loading page i can see only the spells and the icon and the champion name but i can't see the champion picture and i repair it and repatch and reinstalling league of legends and reinstalling new windows what should i do to fix this problem ?
