[GAMEPLAY] Morgana snare on dashing (Q) Vi bug

I played a rank game earlier, and multiple times I attempted to snare a Vi that was using her Q, not charging, but in the middle of the actual dash, and she dashed right through the snare.

I know that If I was Vi and I dashed through, say veigar's circle stun, I would get caught at the edge and stunned.

Is this a bug? Should Morg be able to snare a dashing Vi?

Working as intended. Dashes in general can't be stopped short by CC except by knock up/back/aside or by being Yasuo.

Veigar's stun is specifically coded to stop dashes when they hit it.

That is not an equivalent example.
