[Client] Loot Bug

Brief run down, video shows it all though.

1.Opened an honor capsule ​2.Opened a hextechchest giving me a ward skin 3.Made ward skin permanent 4.After making it permanent it still was showing up in the loot, as if it had duped.

Thinking this could be a bug because it would allow me to disenchant it for orange essences while still keeping the ward skin.
