[GAMEPLAY] Soraka's W + Passive Interactions with Kled (no Skarl)

After Kled dismounts off Skarl, Soraka's passive activates (the shiny arrow is there, and Soraka runs faster towards Kled). However, when Soraka uses her W to heal Kled, his health doesn't increase if he's already at his max health with no Skarl. From my understanding, Soraka's passive should not be active if her W can't heal Kled (since Kled was considered at full health). Not sure if this is a bug or just bad coding.
