fizz ult

correct me if this isn't a bug, but when fizz uses his ult and it misses, it seems to "jump" onto you when you are out of its hitbox... everyone in games always say its bugged and riot know about it.. but I just want to make sure.

he isn't played too much so it's not been a massive issue, but every single game he is played, it is the same.

it needs to be reviewed and temp disable the champion because it's beyond a joke. he presses R and gets a kill when it missed, /ff@20.
