[GAMEPLAY] Janna Summoner Aery proc with no abilites selected in jungle

As seen in the video I was playing Janna with NO abilities selected leashing in the jungle. Is her passive now triggering Aery? I played another game right after, same thing. Selected no abilities and Aery would continuously proc on its own.

I dont know if it happened before or not but her passive is triggering it, just like jarvan flag constantly triggers aery when placed. Does it still trigger with an ability leveled up?

Janna player here that still uses Aery. Can confirm her passive has not triggered Aery before, and it should not, still.
