[Client] So Many Runes?

I was in my League Client, just messing around with some runes, when I decided to buy a few. When I went back to my runes page, it said that i had 9+ of one rune. I don't know if this is a big thing or not, but I've played a couple games and restarted the client and I still have 9+ tier 3 and tier 2 attack speed reds.
